1. Agreement
By accessing or using metaecommerce.in or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
Meta Ecommerce provides performance marketing, ad creatives, UGC, and growth consulting services to D2C brands. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are governed by an individual proposal or service agreement.
3. Payments
Fees are payable as per the agreed proposal. Late payments may attract suspension of services. All ad spend is billed directly to the client by the respective platform.
4. Intellectual Property
Creative assets produced for the client become the client's property upon full payment. Meta Ecommerce retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information shared during the engagement protected and not to disclose it to third parties without consent.
6. No Guarantees
While we apply best practices, paid advertising performance depends on multiple factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific revenue or ROAS outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meta Ecommerce's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the preceding month.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with prior written notice as specified in the service agreement. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Madhya Pradesh.
